Terms of service

The service

SceneKit helps you remove backgrounds, compose product scenes and export images. The website currently offers a public preview. Paid subscriptions are not available to the public yet. An invitation does not create a paid subscription.

Your content and account

Use only images you own or have permission to process and publish. You retain your rights in your uploaded content. You permit us to process it to provide the features you request. Keep your account credentials private. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other accounts, overload the service or bypass credit controls.

Results and storage

AI-generated backgrounds can contain unwanted details. You are responsible for reviewing the final composition and any advertising claims. We do not guarantee a sales result, exact output or exclusive rights in generated material. Export and retain copies of images you need. Saved compositions are held in your browser and may be lost if you clear its storage or change devices.

Paid plans when available

The selected checkout will show the recurring price, taxes and billing interval before confirmation. Credits are added after a confirmed payment; one completed AI background consumes one credit. Credits are not money and cannot be transferred. Unused credits carry over. A failed request may require review if the provider outcome is uncertain. A refund or payment dispute can pause paid features while it is reviewed.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Use the management link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle to stop future renewal. Cancellation and refund details are on our refund page. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Support and changes

Report technical issues through your account support inbox or by email. No continuous availability or fixed response time is currently promised. We may maintain or change the service and will communicate material changes affecting an active paid plan. We may restrict accounts used unlawfully or abusively. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
