Privacy notice

Information used

Account features use your email, protected authentication credentials and session records. We store credit transactions, generation-job status and your support conversations to deliver the service, prevent duplicate charges, address issues and protect accounts. Do not include passwords or payment-card information in support messages.

Product images

Background removal sends your uploaded photo to our processing server. Temporary cutout files are removed after processing. The AI background feature sends the selected scene description to OpenAI; it does not send your product photo in the current workflow. Generated backgrounds are stored privately for your account. Compositions you save in the studio remain in this browser's local storage (IndexedDB).

Service providers

Infrastructure providers host the service and its encrypted backups. OpenAI processes background-generation requests. Resend delivers account emails when enabled. Paddle processes purchases when payments open; SceneKit does not receive your full card number. These providers may process data outside your country under their own terms and relevant safeguards.

Purpose and retention

We use this information to provide requested account and image services, handle support, secure the service and maintain required transaction records. The preview has no advertising trackers or marketing email subscription. We keep account and support records while needed for these purposes and applicable obligations. You can request deletion; records needed for billing, disputes or legal obligations may be retained. Encrypted backups expire through rotation and are not immediately rewritten after a deletion request.

Your choices

You can clear locally saved exports in the studio or your browser. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of server records. Depending on applicable law, additional privacy rights and a right to complain to the relevant authority may apply. This notice will be updated when the service or its data processing changes.
